ISDM's initiatives encompass:
  1. Knowledge Creation: Establishing a Global Knowledge Hub to create, disseminate, and institutionalize contextual knowledge on building, leading, and managing social purpose organizations, networks, and platforms.
  2. Talent Nurturing: Offering the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) to attract and develop top-tier talent capable of addressing management challenges within the sector.

ISDM has successfully completed its Proof of Concept Phase and is now set for expansion over the next five years. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Admissions Marketing Associate with 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for strategic branding and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in implementing ISDM’s marketing initiatives, enhancing the visibility of the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM), and aligning with ISDM’s mission of nurturing development managers for the social sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Operational Execution:
  • Coordinate the operational plan for marketing initiatives, including recording and shooting promotional videos with faculty, alumni etc.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Execute social media posting and content scheduling across platforms.
  • Analyse social media metrics to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
2- Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to optimise ISDM’s online presence.
  • Handle Google AdWords campaigns and other Google products for lead generation.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and other tools for performance tracking and reporting.
3- Branding and Strategy:
  • Convert the ISDM admissions marketing strategy into a detailed operational plan, including social media, Google AdWords, direct marketing, etc.
  • Contribute to the development of branding and positioning strategies for ISDM and the PGP-DM program.
4- Soft Skills:
  • Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of projects and lead initiatives.
  • Learning: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Sector understanding: Work collaboratively to understand the education sector and social sector to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

Qualifications:
1- Educational Qualification: Minimum Post-Graduate; Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Certified Professional preferred).
2- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing planning, digital marketing.

Skills:
1- Technical Skills:
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing plans.
  • Proficient in SEO, Google AdWords, and other Google products.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing analytics.
2- Soft Skills:
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Preferred Background: Exposure to the education sector or social sector.
